Disclosure Requirements
Canon 6 requires that Judges file annual disclosures of their income and assets (Form 6); gifts or reimbursements received or waived expenses (Form 6A); and a disclosure of business interests (Form 6B).
Senior Judges who are eligible for service are also required to file the same disclosures regardless of whether they served as a Senior Judge during the reporting period.
