Proceedings before the Investigative Panel of the Commission are confidential, pursuant to Art. V, section 12(a)(4) of the Florida Constitution, Rule 2.420 of the Rules of Judicial Administration, and Rule 23 of the FJQC Rules.
In addition, pursuant to the applicable rules, the subject judge is never provided with a copy of the complaint form, and a complainant’s identity is not revealed by the Commission.
FORMAL PROCEEDINGS: Open to the public
Proceedings where formal charges have been filed are open to the public, and are filed on the JQC archive pages of the Florida Supreme Court website.
